Thus, it can be seen clearly that the participants do have a committed and trusting relationship with Intel. However, a 100% lock-in is not guaranteed ins spite of that. The participants' relationship with Intel can be need based. It is possible that Intel is not always their first choice and sometimes other parameters may take precedence over their relationship with Intel.

 

We, The Insiders, see this as one of our challenges and need to work towards building a stronger and more loyal connect between our brand and its customers.
